Shipping policy

The delivery of the ordered products is carried out through the courier company Cargus SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, 11 Iunie St. no. 14, sector 4, registered at the Trade Register under no. J40/4892/2022, tax code RO3541906, phone no. 021 9330 / 021 9282.

The shipping cost is 24 lei for any location in Romania. For orders over 1000 lei, shipping is free.

Orders placed are confirmed and shipped within approximately 1-3 business days after being placed.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

For international deliveries, shipping is carried out via the courier company FedEx, with the shipping costs as follows:

• Europe: 25 euro

• USA and Canada: 50 euro

• United Arab Emirates: 30 euro

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
