Returns

If you have an issue with a product ordered from us that has not been resolved by the Technical Department or the Sales Department, you can return the product within a maximum of 14 days.

General return conditions:

No exchanges or refunds will be made for products that show:
• Signs of use (marks, odors).
• Modifications made at the client's request, agreed upon jointly.
• It is scratched or damaged.
• Tags are not intact or accessories are incomplete.

Return process:

1. To return/exchange a product for a different size, you must submit a return request on the page: https://www.nymphaclothing.com/a/returns.

2. After submitting the request, we will create a pickup order with the courier company Cargus.

Return costs:

• 24 lei for return delivery in case of purchase withdrawal.
• For orders fully returned that benefited from free shipping, 24 lei will be deducted from the value of the returned product.
• If the product is defective or you received a different product than ordered, we will cover the return costs.

Refund:

• The refund for products paid cash on delivery will be processed within 14 business days, calculated from the day after the return is processed.
• For orders paid by card, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same account.
• It is essential to provide the correct banking details to avoid delays.
