If you have a problem with a product ordered from us, which has not been resolved by the Technical Department or the Sales Department, you have the option to return the product within a maximum of 14 days.
General conditions for returns:
• No exchange or refund for products that have:
• Signs of use (marks, odors).
• Changes made at the client's request, made by mutual agreement.
• It is scratched, damaged.
• Labels are not intact or accessories are complete.
Return process:
1. To return / exchange a product for another size, you must register a return request on the page: https://www.nymphaclothing.com/a/returns .
2. After sending the request, we will make a request to pick up the package at the Cargus courier company.
Return costs:
• 24 lei for return delivery, in case of cancellation of the purchase.
• For orders returned in full, which benefited from free shipping, 24 lei will be retained from the value of the returned product.
• If the product is defective or you received a different product than the one ordered, we will cover the return costs.
Refund of money:
• The refund of the value of the product paid cash on delivery to the courier will be made within 14 working days, calculated from the day following the processing of the return.
• For orders paid by card, the money will be automatically returned to the same account.
• It is essential to provide correct bank details to avoid delays.
